Coaching & Mentoring
1:1 Coaching or Mentoring can be a powerful way to understand your own behaviours and skills and fiind new perspective.
Time Out
Time away to focus on YOU. No distractions, no pressure to do anything other than focus on your own self-development and emotional wellbeing.
My ‘why’…
I am passionate about creating opportunities to learn, grow, & thrive because…
I have always been fascinated by people and the relationships we have with ourselves and others – in our personal lives and our professional lives. An early interest has developed in to a lifetime passion to learn about people – how we behave, why we behave the way we do and how we interact with others. Often we do so in order to satisfy others, rather than being our true selves.
Investing in our own emotional intelligence and wellbeing by developing core thinking skills and self-awareness is crucial in order to develop strong levels of inner confidence, self esteem and resilience. When those elements are in place, we are much better able to be who we want to be – our authentic selves – and manage the array of life challenges that will inevitably come our way.
For organisations, the benefits of investing in learning & development that supports personal growth are limitless – reduced absence, increased performance, improved communication, collaborative working, positive organisational culture – to name but a few.

The Learning Hub
Discover a range of courses, resources and qualifications – all focused on self-development and emotional wellbeing
You’ll find a range of short courses and resources including our free ‘Top Tips’ that can be downloaded and started whenever you are ready. There are some longer study options too – Ofqual regulated qualifications, with fully flexible enrolments so you can start at a time that suits you, studied online* and fully certificated by an Awarding Organisation.
*some qualifications may have an element of practical, face to face tuition but where this is the case, it is clearly stated so that you are aware before you commit to the course.
1:1 Coaching & Mentoring
If you prefer the idea of working on a 1:1 basis, to focus on areas of your development, coaching or mentoring could be for you. You might just need to get some focus on where to start with your own personal journey.
Coaching is a structured, goal-focused process but doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. By identifying your priorities we’ll work together so that you can find solutions. A coach is not there to give direct answers but to ask probing questions that will provoke thought and reflection.
Mentoring is often used for longer-term development and can be useful if you are i.e., developing in a new leadership/management role and want someone to confide in as you develop your own skills and approaches, benchmark against, go to for the ‘what would you do type of conversations.
You won’t be expected to pay upfront for a programme of sessions – 1 might be enough. I am not salesy so you my sessions can be booked, directly by you, as you go along.
Time out
When I started to focus on my own self-development I yearned for some time out – on my own but not on my own! I wanted to be with other people who were going through the same sort of personal growth and exploration – I never found the solution so I created it.
If you want to take some time out – to focus on YOU without the normal distractions that we all have at home and work, one of my trips away might be just want you need. They are also a great option if you just want to try a ‘solo holiday’ but don’t feel quite ready to be totally solo!
During my time out trips, we cover core topics including confidence, assertiveness, resilience and burnout – topics differ depending on the needs of the group but they are always an opportunity to learn, reflect and prepare for perosnal change. Groups are restricted to 3 people.
What are you waiting for?
